Erik's Journey
At 19, I joined the electrical union in Jersey City with zero experience. Through 9 years of rigorous training and hard work, I climbed from apprentice to foreman in just 4 years - leading crews on major projects like MetLife Stadium, UBS corporate offices, and critical data centers.
In 2009, when the recession hit hard, I saw friends and fellow electricians struggling. So I took a leap - started my business in Ocean County with no contacts, working alone and taking any job offered. It was about helping people during tough times while building something lasting.
Then Hurricane Sandy changed everything. I lost my home, van, and tools but saw an entire community that needed rebuilding. We quickly grew to a 10-person team, working around the clock to restore power and rebuild lives. That crisis taught me resilience and the importance of being there when people need you most.
Today, we've completed hundreds of luxury homes - 3,000-4,000 sq ft properties along the coast from Seaside to Mantoloking. We've wired restaurants in Asbury Park, installed solar on banks, and electrified fire stations. Every project, from the smallest service call to the largest new construction, gets the same attention to detail.
